Panevėžys International Photography Biennial “Man and the City” has been organized since 2005. In addition to acknowledged Lithuanian photographers, the photographers from Belarus, Bulgaria, the United Kingdom, Latvia, Poland, Russia, and Sweden also have been attended. Creative workshops, lectures, discussions, educations and practical trainings, exhibitions featuring works created during the biennials, and published catalogues are presented during the events.
