Panevėžys Civic Art Gallery invites the artists from Latvia, Belarus and Lithuania to submit applications for the participation at the XXIII Panevėžys International Ceramic Symposium in 2021.
The Gallery is implementing the Project Cross-Border Loyalty Programme for stimulating Culture and Tourism in accordance to the 2014-2020 European Neighbourhood Instrument Latvia-Lithuania-Belarus Cross Border Cooperation Programme.
One of the project activities to be realised is the XXIII Panevėžys International Ceramic Symposium.
