Panevėžys Civic Art Gallery together with partners from Daugavpils (Latvia) Vitebsk and Polotsk (Belarus) is implementing the project „Cross-Border Loyalty Program for Stimulating Culture and Tourism”.
This 2014-2020 European Neighborhood Instrument Latvia-Lithuania-Belarus Cross-Border Cooperation Program project aims to protect and adapt cultural heritage sites for new activities, foster traditional crafts, create a loyalty program for cross-border cultural and tourism institutions, disseminate and promote it with the aim to increase visitors.
During the implementation of the project, Panevėžys Civic Art Gallery will organize an international ceramics symposium and an international theoretical conference, as well as an interactive exposition of the collection of ceramic symposiums will be created and equipment for creative workshops will be purchased.
