Gimė 1946 metais. 1988 baigė Velso universiteto koledžą Aberystwythe, studijavo keramiką ir scenografiją. Nuo 1988 metų dalyvauja parodose ir simpoziumuose Bulgarijoje, Čekijoje, Danijoje, Islandijoje, Jungtinėje Karalystėje, Latvijoje, Lenkijoje. Nuo 1991 Velso tarptautinių keramikos festivalių organizacinio komiteto narė. Kuria scenografijas teatrui. Panevėžio simpoziume dalyvavo 2002 metais.

Born in 1946. In 1988 she graduated from the University College of Wales, Aberystwyth, where she studied ceramics and theatre design. Since 1988 she has participated in exhibitions and symposiums in Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Iceland, Latvia, Poland, and the UK. She has been a member of the International Ceramics Festival in Wales Organizing Committee since 1991 She works as a freelance stage designer.
Meri was a participant of the symposium in 2002.
