Gimė 1951 metais. Baigė architektūros studijas Pueblos universitete: bakalauro laipsnis, 1972; miesto dizaino studijas Nacionaliniame Meksiko universitete, Architektūros fakultete: magistro laipsnis, 1979; keramikos studijas Meksiko nacionalinio dailės instituto Taikomojo meno ir dizaino mokykloje, 1996. Nuo 1994 dalyvauja parodose ir simpoziumuose Argentinoje, JAV, Kinijoje, Pietų Korėjoje, Latvijoje, Meksikoje, Olandijoje, Prancūzijoje, surengė personalinių parodų (daugiausia Meksikoje). Nuo 2007 Tarptautinės keramikos akademijos (IAC) narė. 2011 išrinkta Meksiko F. Mayer muziejaus rengiamos Utilitariosios keramikos bienalės komisijos nare. Dailininkės kūrinių yra įsigiję JAV, Pietų Korėjos, Meksikos, Prancūzijos meno muziejai.
Panevėžio simpoziume dalyvavo 2012 metais.

Born in 1951. Gloria graduated from the University of Puebla (BA: Architecture, 1972) and from the National University of Mexico /Department of Architecture (MA: Urban Design, 1979), in 1996 she graduated from the School of Crafts and Design of the National Institute of Fine Arts in Mexico where she studied ceramics. Since 1994 she has participated in numerous exhibitions and symposiums in Argentina, China, France, Latvia, Mexico, the Netherlands, South Korea, and the USA. The artist has arranged a number of solo exhibitions (mainly in Mexico). Since 2007 she has been a member of the International Academy of Ceramics (IAC). Since 2011 she has been a member of the Jury of the Utilitarian Ceramic Biennial organised by the F. Mayer Museum in Mexico. Her works are included in the collections of the art museums of China, France, Mexico, and the USA.
The artist was a participant of the symposium in 2012.
