Gimė 1952 metais. Indianos valstybiniame universitete Tere Haute baigė keramikos studijas: meno magistro laipsnis; Edinboro universitete Pensilvanijos valstijoje meno pedagogikos studijas: magistro laipsnis, 1977. Nuo 1982 dalyvauja parodose ir simpoziumuose Europos šalyse, JAV, surengė personalinių parodų. 1977–2006 buvo firmos AMACO, gaminančios Brent keramikos gamybos įrangą, viceprezidentas, marketingo ir švietimo direktorius. Parašė straipsnių žurnalams. Menininkas yra laimėjęs apdovanojimų, iš jų – apdovanojimas Glaze Storm simpoziume Taline, Estijoje, 2002. Jis buvo išrinktas Pottery Making Illustrated redakcinės tarybos nariu (2002), Meistrų festivalio Walt Disney World teisėju Floridoje , JAV (1994).
Panevėžio simpoziume dalyvavo 2000 metais.

Born in 1952. David graduated from the Indiana State University, Terre Haute (MFA: Ceramics) and from the Edinboro University, Edinboro, PA (M.Ed. Art Education, 1977). He has participated in numerous exhibitions and symposiums in Europe and the USA, the artist has had a number of solo exhibitions since 1982. 1977–2006 he was a Vice President, Director of Marketing and Education of AMACO (American Art Clay Company), Brent Professional and Art Education divisions. He has published a number of articles and has been featured in books and publications. The artist has won several awards and honors: he was elected to the Editorial Advisory Board of “Pottery Making Illustrated” magazine, the Judge of the Festival of the Masters in Walt Disney World in Florida, USA (1994) and won the award of Glaze Storm symposium, Tallinn, Estonia (2002),
David was a participant of the symposium in 2000.
